Extras: A bar-code tattoo on his neck that when scanned it reads 001.(and if the scanner is connected to an outside line it will send a signal back to a govt. computer telling them of his where-abouts.

Attacks/Powers-

His powers are that over electricity. He can create balls of lightening to throw at emenies as well as shooting bolts of it from his fingers. He can use small blast to stick targets to compatable surfaces(like walls and such) with out hurting them. He can also make electro-magnetic fields around himself and whoever is nearby. He can also use short bursts to propell himself into the air; helps him leap higher. If he has a light weight flat metal object he can charge it so he can fly on it when he needs to.

Because of this mutant ability; if he gets wet while fighting he can short himself out causing him great injury and pain. Once wet he is powerless to make a charge or anything.

Character's History-

Brennen was just a normal person once; he was homeless from an early age. He adapted to life on the streets commiting small time crimes of pick-pocketing and car theft(when he was old enough to touch the pedals). Life was hard and about to get rougher. When he was 9 he was taken prisoner; and had experiments preformed on him. The place that worked him over was a well established lab that came up with several medicines that helped people. Insecrets several of the lab techs and doctors where trying to rid humanity of all diseases and plagues via genetic manipulation. These scientists did not want to go thru the proper channels because they where young and wanted to get rich quick. Their work and obsessions made then sort of insane and all their morals went out the window. So they started abducting homeless people mostly adults; after several failures(deaths) they started using younger street kids. The kids where stronger and their bodies(meaning genes) where newer and easier to accept change. They used radiation: natural, universal, and man-made.(in serum form, in wave form, gas form...etc) All to make a universal gene they could extract chemicals from and make into a medicine that would cure all. The process was anything but kind.

Brennen was kept in a small cell; he was only brought out to recieve serums, or what he started to name tortures emmaculate. The many years after his abduction were wrought with nothing but pain. When he grew into his mid-teens one particularly bad round of experiments somthing happened that not even the scientists could explain in the aftermath. Since he was the first all new experiments were run on him first in the highest doses since he seemed to have survived that long.

Trapped in a capule that was filing with a fresh radiated gas collected near a crashed meteor, Brennen felt something in him change. In order to keep him subdued he was recieving shocks to stum him for short periods of time. He screamed as he came out from being shocked; suddenly the capsule's electrical systems started to overload. A glow started to emminate from inside the pod a second before it blew to bits. Electro-magnetic pulses filled the lab shutting down all the computers and power systems instantly. The power failure set free all the other captives(there where a few since the hidden lab was small). Soon the tranquill darkness was filled with thick bright bolts of lightening things started to blow up as the electricity hit it.

The lab was left in shables as the explosions caused a massive chain reaction of fires and small explosions. Nobody found out about the  secret experiments since the computer that held all the records and outlines of the experiments was lost. The electricity thrashed the core as well as melted all the back-ups. The other guinea pigs(people), either died in their cells to weak to move, or were all too sick to survive in the outside world they died shortly after being rescued. Brennen was no where to be found in the rubble.

Brennen woke up who knows how many days later he was in the woods; he stayed in the woods sort of crazy with terror. His new found elemental abilities didn't make his healing process any easier. It took him several years to gain control over his powers and over his mental capacity. As soon as he got his wits back about him, he traveled to a different city where he resumed his criminal activity. He was 17 by this time and made a pretty decent catch stealing cars as well as hire himself out to take on sophisticated security systems(Bank Vaults, safes, etc.) His only condition was that he would not hurt innocent people, or take money or valuables he knew belonged to those who really needed it.(his time in the woods made him sort of zen) He mostly was a crook for hire stealing bonds and bank notes that some CEO's wanted to collected theft insurance on while still having the bonds themselves. He got smarter then his bosses as he did each job.

The use of his powers cause him to be hunted by a extension of the government that specialized in supernatural occurances. They caught him once since a member of his little thievery guild got scared after seeing him use these powers. They hauled him to a secret facility where they tested him and and put him thru once again experiments. It was here where he recieved his bar code. His abilities evolved here allowing him to get free. He once again fled to a different city where he used his take to get taught martial arts so the next time they tried to take him they would be in for a fight. He moves like a cat when he fights; he uses mostly his fighting skills and uses his ability only when he has to.

Looking for less then honest work he heard about senshi on a overseas news report and he was commited to finding them. He was not safe in the states since he know the govt. would be looking for him no matter where he went. So he made enough scratch, to get a flight to Crystal-Tokyo. Once there he looks for senshi just wanting to know if they are in anyway like him.

Personality wise he is a very nice person; he enjoys reading poetry and driving fast cars. He is very friendly and once he makes a friend he won't let anyone hurt them. He is very protective of his friends since he for all intense purposes does not have many friends.
